Biography

Vallée Duhamel is a studio founded by Julien Vallée and Eve Duhamel. The studio creates images and videos for a wide range of clients from events to commercials, music, fashion, posters, magazines and objects. Vallée Duhamel specializes in high quality, lo-fi, and often handmade visuals and installations, and favours a playful and experimental approach toward work.

Julien Vallée
Julien Vallée is a designer and director living and working in Montreal, Canada. He has worked for Google, Lacoste, Coca-Cola, MTV, and The New York Times. He is a Young Guns 6 winner and a member of Alliance Graphique Internationale. The first monograph on his work, Rock, Paper, Scissors : The Work of Julien Vallée, was published by Gestalten in 2011.

Eve Duhamel
Eve Duhamel is a visual artist and designer living and working in Montreal, Canada. Her playful installation and handmade work has been used for posters, skateboards, snowboards, fashion, events and books. Her work has been exhibited in galleries from Berlin to London UK, Buenos Aires, Los Angeles, Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal.

ABOUT THE ARTWORK
A video in which everything transforms into something new, leading the viewer through a ludic story of surprising scenes. The video was created for the luxury parisian brand Hermès and subtly features some of their key products.
All scenes were shot live.
