Leonardo Uehara

Leo Uehara is an independent award winning art director and motion graphic designer based in São Paulo, Brazil, with over 17 years of professional experience. Leo graduated as a graphic designer in his hometown Rosario (Argentina) in 2002. He lived for 4 years in Tokyo, working in a leading Japanese studio and learning from some of the best in new media. In 2012, after a year studying in Spain expanding his knowledge in motion graphics, he returned to São Paulo. In 2018 Leo co-founded Møgen studios where he worked mainly as an art director, managing projects directly with clients and co-workers until 2019. He is also a professor at the Axis school in São Paulo, teaching motion graphics for this institution.
