“404 International Festival of Art & Technology”, born in the city of Rosario, Argentina, in December 2004, is an independent non-profit organization whose main objective is to promote and spread artistic productions that brings together Arts and Technology, generating an environment where the artists relate with the community.
Over a decade, it has been presented in different countries, such as Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Taiwan, Argentina, and now, for the first time, in Russia.
“404 Festival” has received support of high level organizations over its editions. These include the UNESCO, National University of Rosario, Faculty of Humanities and Arts, Ministry of Innovation and Culture of the Province of Santa Fe, Ministry of Culture of the Municipality of Rosario, Rosario Canadian Studies Center, Mondriaan Foundation and The Council of Quebec. It has been awarded by the National Fund of the Arts and declared of National Cultural Interest by the Presidency of Argentina.
In its various consecutive editions, hundreds of artists have participated in different disciplines with high impact artwork, that each year surprises both the public the artists themselves.
“404 Festival” is the oldest festival of New Media in Argentina and this year Gina Valenti, Creator and Director of “404” has received the AVE Docente grant awarded by the Faculty of Humanities and Arts of the National University of Rosario in order to sponsor her visit to Russia, making possible the 11th edition of “404 Festival” in Moscow.
Under the motto “HUMAN VS USER”, the 11th edition of the “404 Festival” that will take place from 25 to 29 October 2014 in Platforma, Moscow, Russia, presents an innovative interactive exhibition based on a ¡pselection of the best works of the last two years also introducing new productions from prominent artists and researchers.

El “404 Festival Internacional de Arte y Tecnología“, nacido en la ciudad de Rosario, Argentina, en diciembre de 2004, es una organización independiente sin fines de lucro cuyo objetivo principal es promover y difundir producciones artísticas que reúnen el Arte y la Tecnología, generando un ámbito donde los artistas se relacionan con la comunidad.
Durante más de una década se ha presentado en diferentes, países tales como Italia, España, Suiza, Austria, Bélgica, Taiwán, Argentina y este año, por primera vez, en Moscú, Rusia.

“404 Festival” Ha contado a lo largo de sus ediciones con avales de gran jerarquía. Entre ellos cabe mencionar a UNESCO, Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Facultad de Humanidades y Artes, Ministerio de Innovación y Cultura de la Provincia de Santa Fe, Secretaría de Cultura de la Municipalidad de Rosario, Centro de Estudios Canadienses Rosario, Fundación Mondriaan y Council de Quebec.
Ha sido premiado por el Fondo Nacional de las Artes y declarado de Interés Nacional por la Secretaría de Cultura de la Presidencia de la Nación Argentina.

“404 Festival” es el festival más antiguo de Arte y Tecnología de Argentina y este año Gina Valenti, Directora y Organizadora del “404 Festival” ha recibido la Beca AVE Docente, otorgada por la Facultad de Humanidades y Artes de la Universidad Nacional de Rosario para patrocinar su visita a Rusia, haciendo posible la 11 ª edición del “404 Festival” en Moscú.

Bajo el lema “HUMAN VS. USER”, la 11ª edición del “404 Festival” a realizarse del 25 al 29 de Octubre de 2014 en Platforma, Moscú, Rusia, presenta una novedosa exhibición interactiva basada en una selección de las mejores obras de los dos últimos años introduciendo también nuevas producciones de destacados artistas e investigadores.
