The “404 International Art and Technology Festival” calls for artists and researchers from all over the world with the aim of stimulating and promoting creations that unite Art and Technology

“404 Festival” is an independent and non-profit project, created in 2004 in the city of Rosario, Argentina. As the country’s first festival of Art and Technology, its uniqueness lies in being an itinerant initiative. Over 19 years, it has been presented in twelve countries: Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Russia, Switzerland, Taiwan, Colombia, Japan, the United States, and France.

The selected artists will present their work during the 20th anniversary of the 404, to be held in Mexico City from October 12th to 15th, 2023, at the National Arts Center and the Digital Culture Center.

The theme of this edition is free, so we invite you to propose ideas that reflect on the state of art and technology, considering a critical and humanistic perspective.

Registration is free and is done by completing the following online form.

The selection will be handled by the team of the “404 Festival“. The chosen artists will be contacted via email once the reception period is over.

Individual or collective artists, as well as researchers, over 18 years old and from any part of the world, can participate with a maximum of 3 works per person/collective (considering one form for each presented work).

The call will remain open from April 20th to May 20th, 2023.
